Siolim (Goa): Police are investigating a major murder case in which a woman has been dragged and burnt to death at Bamonwado, Siolim.

Anjuna police inspector Sanjay Dalvi said that the body of the girl is completely burnt beyond recognition. The body was found near the bushes alongside the road.

“We are not able to identify the girl whose age appears to be between 20-30 years,” he said.

All the police stations are asked to check the records of missing persons to get any clue about the woman. The details would be revealed by evening.
