2 RUSSIANS HELD FOR GROWING MARIJUANA IN SIOLIM

The Crime Branch of the Goa Police today arrested two Russian nationals for allegedly growing marijuana crop in a rented tenement in Siolim village of North Goa.
According to police, the accused– Maxim Moskvichev and Artem Seregin– both Russian nationals, were arrested after a raid at their premises.
“The accused had grown around a crop of marijuana (ganja) in a rented premise. We have seized around 30 kg of marijuana valued at approximately rupees ten lakh,” police official said.
