Porvorim (Goa) In what can be a shocker for Congress, its legislator Francis Silveira today appealed Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar to help ‘matka’ gambling in the State.

The legislator also went on to demand special ground for dhiryo.
“When we speak of Dhiryo, the people get enthused. You should have a separate ground for holding Dhiryo, make it legal,” Silveira said talking on the floor of the House.

He further demanded that Chief minister should help people in matka gambling. “You stop casino but help matka. If require legalise it,” he said.
