NCB GOA MAKES HUGE SEIZURES ARRESTING 3 FOREIGN NATIONALS

Panaji (Goa): The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) Goa has made a record seizure of a cocktail of drugs costing a whopping Rs 64 crore approx in just one month, with three foreigners arrested for the offense. 
As per the information shared with the media, the NCB sleuths made its first raid on November 6 in Mumbai, arresting a Nigerian national Ejike Anichukwu (aged 42 years) with 1.840 kg of cocaine in his possession. The banned substance, which was enroute to Goa possibly for sale in late night parties and elsewhere, was valued at Rs 20 crore. 
In another raid on November 19, the sleuths seized 3.650 kg of cocaine worth Rs 36 crore at Cochin airport. A Paraguay national named as Alex Regalado was caught red-handed with the substance. He subsequently confessed his plans to deliver the substance to Goa, the senior officer said. 
Yet another raid followed on November 27, Nigerian Iwuala Udoka Stanley (aged 32 years) was caught with huge quanity of various types of drugs including Ecstasy, MDMA, Cocaine and Ganja worth Rs 6.43 lakh. The raid was carried out at his rental premise at the coastal beach of Calangute. The NCB officer said that the team also seized a small scale weighing machine with small grip seal pouches. “As per specific information the Nigerian was selling different variety of drugs to prospective customers from his house. He is in judicial custody and we are looking for his associated or other persons involved with him in this trafficking,” he added.
