Panaji (Goa): The Congress legislative party (CLP) under its leader Chandrakant Kavlekar will meet on Monday to chalk out strategies for the upcoming winter session of the State Legislative Assembly.
The four-day winter session will commence from Wednesday, December 13.
Kavlekar said that meeting will be held on Monday at 4 pm to discuss strategy to corner the government on the ongoing controversial issues like coal pollution, river nationalization, outline development plan, planning and development authorities, lack of development, etc.
“Meeting will also discuss on proper coordination within the party, which is very important,” he said.
Congress has 16 MLAs in the House.
The session will conclude on December 18.
