Panaji (Goa): Government intends to draft Regional Plan 2030 for Goa, TCP Minister Vijay Sardessai told State Legislative Assembly today.

 “The process and procedure along with the policies to be adopted such as Transfer of Development Rights (TDR), etc, for the preparation of RP 2030 are under finalization,” Sardessai said in a written reply to Leader of Opposition Chandrakant Kavlekar.  

He clarified that Government cannot set deadline for finalization of RP 2030. “Till such time the RP is not finalized; the Government intends to undertake revision of RP on case to case basis,” Minister said.
