Panaji (Goa): The Congress Legislative Party (CLP) under its leader Chandrakant Kavlekar today decided to expose the failure of the Manohar Parrikar –led government’s one year in power during the forthcoming Budget Session of the State Legislative Assembly, to be summoned in February.

Parrikar led coalition government took charge in March 2017.

Kavlekar said that meeting has decided to expose failure of government during the Budget session. “State government has failed on all the fronts and we will expose it. The issues like off shore casinos remained unsolved,” he said.

The CLP also worked on floor coordination to corner the government.

The CLP also questioned the wisdom of Parrikar to write letter to Karnataka BJP chief BS Yeddurappa on Mhadei river diversion issue; however failed to explain its stand on the matter.
