Panaji (Goa) Several Nobel Laureates will be in Goa from February 1-3 to participate in the Nobel Prize Dialogue, an open, cross-disciplinary meeting bringing together Laureates, policy makers and citizens to discuss global issues that affect us all.
Nearly 600 students from Goa and other parts of the country will be also participating in the Dialogue.
Goa will host the second edition of ‘Nobel Prize Series- India 2018’ (Science Impact Life) From February 1-3, along with a month long exhibition brought from Nobel Museum, Sweden.
Goa government in November has executed a trilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Department of Bio-Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology Government of India and Nobel Media, Sweden.
As many as 1000 delegates across country are expected which will include Union Ministers, Secretaries and Heads of various scientific departments, Scientists, students, teachers, etc.
