Panaji (Goa) Shantaram Naik ex-MP and President Goa Pradesh Congress Committee reacting to the Annual Budget said that Finance Minister should first establish the AIMS types hospitals he announced in the budget five years back  specially AIMS type hospital promised for Goa.

He said that only a fool will believe that India is now a fast  growing economy, instead, due to BJP’s rash and negligent policies, and also because of policy of intolerance, increasing violence and riots , investments in India are falling, and investors are preferring destinations other than India.

In the budget  government has boasted of bringing in quality education in the country but a Government , which is working for safronisation of education, has failed to frame New Education Policy despite the lapse of five years , he says.

Investments are of the types that are not going to benefit in near future. Therefore such policies fall in the category of ‘bakwas’ by all standards.
