GOA: CLP TO VISIT PARRIKAR AT LILAVATI

 The Congress Legislative Party (CLP) has decided to visit Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar, who is currently admitted at Lilavati hospital in Mumbai.

“Our CLP delegation will visit Chief Minister in Lilavati after assembly session. We will have to check with the government and then go,” Leader of Opposition Chandrakant Kavlekar said.

“We all wish him a speedy recovery,” he stated.

Parrikar was admitted to Lilavati hospital on February 15 after taking initial treatment for food poisoning at Goa medical college and Hospital (GMC). He was later diagnosed with pancreatitis ailment.

Earlier Speaker of the State Legislative Assembly Dr Pramod Sawant told House that Chief Minister is currently undergoing treatment at Lilavati and that his condition is improving.
