Panaji (Goa) A special mass will be held  by well wishers from Mala, Panaji for the recovery and health of Chief Minister, Shri. Manohar Parrikar on  Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 11.00am in Mary Immaculate Conception Church, Panaji.
