Panaji (Goa) Deputy Speaker Michael Lobo has said that chief minister Manohar Parrikar has showed his will power.

“It is not still clear whether he would be tabling the budget or not. But it is a good news that he is discharged,” Lobo told reporters outside the assembly.

He said that “Parrikar has so much will power that he has recovered, and if he thinks that he should table the budget, he will come and do it.”
