Panaji (Goa) Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar would be presenting the Budget in the assembly today.

After surprising everyone, Parrikar arrived in the State. He would be addressing a cabinet meeting and then presenting the Budget. Any time now he is expected to arrive in the assembly.
