Calangute (Goa): Calangute police have successfully arrested a person named Masood M.P (30), for stealing a Yamaha motorcycle belonging to one Jose Almeida, bearing number GDN- 1943 which was parked near a hotel in Candolim. The said accused is a resident of Anjuna and a native of Kerala.

After registering the complaint, the police had launched a search operation to nab the accused person. The said accused was then spotted by the owner of the bike who quickly informed the police, after which the police visited the spot and nabbed the accused. The bike was recovered and Masood was placed under arrest.

The police are further investigating the case to find out if the said person is involved in any other bike thefts in the jurisdiction.
