Panaji (Goa) Vasco MLA Carlose Almeida was admitted to Manipal Hospital at Dona Paula after he suffered stroke this morning. The details about his medical condition is yet to be known.

Sources stated that Almeida was found unconscious at his residence this morning after which he was shifted to Manipal hospital. Currently, he is conscious and tests are being conducted on him.

He would be kept under observation for next 48 hours.
