GOA: TRAFFIC BLOCKAGE CONTINUES AT MANDOVI BRIDGE, NORMAL LIFE AFFECTED

As the mining dependents intensify their protest at the KTC Bus stand, the vehicular traffic is paralysed, putting normal life out of gear. 
 
The protestors have blocked the entire traffic flow towards the capital city, with hundreds of vehicles being stranded on old Mandovi bridge till Mapusa in North while till Bambolim in South. 
 
Tourists are also stuck in traffic for last two hours. 
 
Protestors are in no mood to calm down as they demand resumption of iron ore mining activities. 
 
Police are facing serious problem of staff shortage. Police authorities and district administrations complete failure on law and order front.
