MAPUSA:

 A UK national visiting an inmate at the Central jail at Colvale, was caught red-handed with 13g of ganja at the police security frisking point, on Tuesday. The accused was arrested under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS) and handed over to the Mapusa police.

The accused Dominic Vincent (51) was visiting inmate Andrew Gian around noon on Tuesday April 3. Tuesdays and Fridays are visiting days at the Central Jail.
