Mapusa (Goa): It was the scene that was captured on the mobile camera by one of our well wisher which showed how people’s power can make so-called high profile people to get on their knees.

The video shot outside Mapusa municipal market shows an unknown person parking his jeep in no-parking area. When he was stopped by police, he threw his weight around and even named two senior officials as his friends.

The police inspector went away but the locals took the charge. The man was made to wait near the jeep and after much arguments, he was made to pay the challan.
