PLACES TO VISIT IN INDIA DURING SUMMER VACATION

As it is well known that India is one of the oldest countries in the world. There is no denying that visiting India can be a major culture shock, especially on your first visit. It is a colossal and wondrous country, with many multi religions and cultures, and cities that rumble with traffic and bustle with liveliness non-stop. It has over 1.3 billion people and has a parliamentary system consisting of 29 states and 7 union territories. It is full of magnetic historical places, heritage sites, charming tourism places, including mysterious places in various Indian cities which make India famous for travel and tourism all over the world. People from all around the world come to see beautiful places in India and love to travel here. They go back to their country have their own tale to tell in their own words about the historical places of India. Visitors always seem to hymn about Indian heritage sites in their own country and enhance tourism to India.

West Bengal: The city always could be seen flaunting its vibrant arts, film and theatre scene, while the state of West Bengal itself possessed of the most incredible natural landscapes in the whole world. Native to many grand and embellished villas, there’s no wonder that West Bengal’s state capital, Kolkata, is known as the ‘Cultural Capital of India’, the ‘City of Palaces’ and the ‘City of Joy’.

Kanyakumari: It is especially popular in India for its spectacular and unique sunrise to sunset though there are several places of tourist interest in the town and district. The junction of three ocean bodies of the Bay of Bengal, the Indian Ocean, and the Arabian Sea which definitely makes the sunrise and sunset even more special to watch. On a mild weather, full-moon evenings, one can enjoy the moon-rise and sunset at the same time – on either side of the border.

Gujarat: Situated on India’s western coast, millions of tourists could be seen packed in Gujarat every year to take in its rich culture and history while visiting the state’s many archaeological sites, beaches, and temples. As is the one and only home for Asiatic lion, it is claimed to be one of Asia’s most protected areas. It is also known as Mahatma Gandhi birthplace.

Kashmir: It is called Heaven on Earth, and one of the most beautiful places in the world. However, in the last span of decades, terrorism has faded its charm. Though it is still home to most serene scenic Himalayan Ranges. The State has main three geographical regions plus considered as a must visit for tourists known as “The Lesser Himalayas” or the “Jhelum Valley” (Kashmir), “The Inner Himalayas” or “The Indus Valley” (Ladakh & Frontier areas) also called “Trans-Himalayas”, and “The Outer-Himalayas” or “The Southern mountain range” (Jammu).
