Sports Minister Babu Azgaonkar has assured of completing all requirements as well as infrastructure and other technicalities by February 1, 2019.

 “We have written a letter to the India Olympic Association (IOA) seeking more time for completion of infrastructure, requirements and other technicalities, and we will be completely ready to host the Games by February,” said Azgaonkar.  

The National Games were scheduled to be hosted in November.
