Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that the effective use of technology and Digital India campaign has facilitated development programmes to reach all sections of society.

 

“Due to technology, railway tickets can be booked online, bills can be paid online…all this brings great convenience. We ensured that the advantages of technology are not restricted to a select few but are there for all sections of society. We strengthened the network of Computer Science Centres (CSCs),” PM Modi said interacting with beneficiaries of the various Digital India efforts.

 

The Prime Minister said the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyan has brought in revolutionary transformation in the country.

 

“Dalali ko rokne ka kaam, Digital India kar raha hae (Digital India is helping fight the middlemen syndrome in the country),” the Prime Minister said
