In a tragic accident today noon, a youth died on the spot at Chicalim, Vasco.  The name of the deceased youth is Sohail Khan. As per available information, four bikers were racing from Chicalim to Vidya Mandir junction. One bike was with Kerela registration and other with Goa registration.

The bikers were speeding on road. Kerela registration bike with a rider and a pillion rider escaped from one side while another bike with a rider and pillion rider hit a taxi going towards Dabolim airport. The rider escaped with injuries and is undergoing treatment at GMC whereas the pillion rider Sohail Khan died on spot, he was a resident of Baina.

Police are further investigating into the matter.
