Sunaparanta in collaboration Lotus Film & TV Production (Goa), Real Ficção (Portugal) and Communicare will be screening a documentary film ‘Special Envoy’ and a photo exhibition ‘Through My Lens’ on Wednesday, July 18. 5.30 pm.

The photo exhibition ‘Through My Lens’ curated by Nalini Elvino de Sousa – puts together the photographs of two cameramen, John Lino (Goa) and Emidio Josine (Mozambique), who worked in the production phase of `Special Envoy’

6.30 pm – Screening of the documentary ‘Special Envoy’, a film by Nalini Elvino de Sousa- Duration: 70 mins

The film is a tribute to the dauntless spirit of a Goan, Aquino de Braganza in Mozambique who played a key role in the freedom struggle of the colony. The documentary brings to light the inspiring yet unknown mission of Aquino whose life is cut short in the Mozambican presidential plane crash in 1986.
