PARRIKAR’S CONDITION IS STABLE, HE WILL BE BACK WITHIN A WEEK: PRAMOD SAWANT

Goa Legislative Assembly Speaker Pramod Sawant today said that Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar will be going to the USA this evening for treatment as his ailment has developed minor complications.

Sawant told reporters that Parrikar will be flying to the USA by a flight at 5 p.m. from Mumbai where he is currently admitted in Lilavati Hospital.

“There are some complications developed due to which he is going to the USA for treatment. His condition is stable and we need not worry,” he said. Sawant further said that Parrikar will be back in the State within a week.
