BANK OF BARODA INSTALLS ‘SELF ACCOUNT OPENING KIOSK’ AT PANAJI BRANCH

Panaji (Goa): The Bank of Baroda has launched a ‘Self Account Opening Kiosk’ at its Panaji branch. Under this system, the data will be fed by the customer himself in the Kiosk machine and account will be opened instantly
after completion of the account opening process. Non-personalised 
debit card will also be issued to customers instantly. TAT for account opening as well as issuance of debit card will be zero.
The Kiosk enables digitization of the account opening process as per the Bank’s standard application format with a self service option to the customer to open the account instantly and can avail the non-personalised debit card  with Green PIN facility.
Account Opening Kiosk (AOK) facilitates opening an account, either by providing Aadhaar number (Thumb impression will fetch the customer’s details) or by providing PAN number.
Customer can set his own choice of PIN for this debit card by Green PIN option available on Bank’s ATMs.
