Tell us something about yourself

I’m currently pursuing my studies in Bachelor in Business Administration (Travel & Tourism) at St Xavier’s College, besides studies, I’m also into modelling. My hobbies are going on adventures, listening to music, socialising, gymming etc. Three words that can describe me the best are Strong, Confident and Independent!

What inclined you towards modelling? and are you looking forward to it as a full-time profession?

Ever since I was a kid I was always attracted to fashion so as I grew up I planned on getting into a  field that would help me get more knowledge about the fashion industry. I do have the required qualities and the potential in me to get into this industry. So yes! I would keep this as my mainstream.

What was your reaction when you came to know that you were selected for Neutral View Mr & Ms Goa 2018?

I was very very happy! I wish I could explain it to you in words but its just all about it. I am blessed to get this opportunity and I am going to give it my best.

How important winning this pageant is for you?

Miss Goa is the one who conquers the crown with beauty and responsibilities! I believe that with such powers comes responsibilities too! Winning this title is very important to me as it will be a dream come true and in the near future it will give me more opportunities to represent my state in further pageantries. Winning this title is not only about achieving my dreams but also helping towards the society. So as a young youth of Goa, we play a major role in the society so I would break barriers and change the perceptive of people with disabilities wherein I give them a ray a hope and make them feel they are no less in achieving and fulfilling their dreams. I would also like to change the perspective of the society towards the disabled people.

If you win Neutral View Ms Goa you will get a direct entry to Rubaru Miss India Elite, how are you preparing yourself?

“Beauty catches the attention but character catches the heart” preparing myself physically and mentally too. Love and accept yourself the way you are, by just having the right amount of confidence and determination towards your goal.

Are you feeling any pressure?

Not really. I will give my 101%           

Your biggest support in life

My biggest support in life is my parents and a few friends who have always supported, motivated and boosted my confidence in achieving my goals.

Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.
