Mahila Congress leader Divya Shetkar has filed a police complaint against a supporter of a politician from Shiroda constituency for threatening her of gang-rape and death if she campaigned against the politician in the constituency.

The Panaji police have registered a non-cognisable offence against unknown persons. Shetkar also met DGP Muktesh Chander and submitted a written complaint.

Shetkar also said that the unknown person used abusive and vulgar language while threatening her.
