A two-wheeler rider crashed into a car owned by Bollywood actress Zareen Khan at Anjuna and later succumbed to head injuries, police informed on Wednesday.

The accident occurred late on Wednesday, when the deceased Nitesh Goral, 31, a resident of Mapusa, rammed his scooter into the car, before falling off.

Goral later died of head injuries at the Asilo Hospital in Mapusa.

The actress, as well as her driver, was present in the car when the accident occurred police said.

Speaking to reporters, the police officials at Anjuna police station said that Further investigation is in progress.
