The young gigantic muscular Bodybuilder of Goa Mr Naivedya Shetkar won “Silver Medal” making Goa proud at the Mayor’s Trophy Bodybuilding Competition which was held on  Dec 21 at Madhya Pradesh.

Naivedya worked extremely hard for months in his gym preparing for this competition. According to him, Bodybuilding is not an easy sport and it requires an extreme level of hardworking, cost and dedication to reach to the National level competitions.

He said that he will give out his level best to make Goa proud again in the upcoming competitions. “Team Xtreme” a venture which supports Goan Youth for advancing in their Goals gave support to Naivedya Shetkar in this competition and also has good plans for his future.

The conveyor of “Team Xtreme” Mr Shailendra Velingkar stated-  “We at Team Xtreme are completely devoted in endorsing, motivating and giving the right exposure to our Goan youth in sports and other fields. We are committed in enhancing and promoting our youth in sports at all levels.”

Mr VM Prabhudessai (Executive Director of SAG) extended his full support from Sports Authority of Goa while Mr Sanjay Patil (President of GBBFA) and Mr Viraj Arabekar (General Secretary of GBBFA) took the lead in representing and accompanying the Goan Bodybuilders to the competition in Madhya Pradesh.
