The Crime Branch has arrested the owner of Basseraa restaurant and dormitory in Panaji Vijay Tulsiani and one Andre Rodrigues for setting up a recruitment agency and cheated people on the pretext of providing jobs. The  Crime Branch team has raided the Basseraa restaurant & dormitory and seized the documents.

The  Crime Branch officials said that the accused has forged documents of complainant Nilesh Wagh for setting up a recruitment agency at Porvorim and has duped many people on the pretext of providing jobs abroad.

So far, Crime Branch has identified 15 victims, to whom the accused have cheated and collected around 75 lakh rupees.
