Kewal Tamhankar, one of Goa’s top young players, has been awarded the ‘Jyoti Panvelkar Memorial Table Tennis Award 2018 – 19’ for his meritorious performances in Table Tennis.

The annual award for Table Tennis players, instituted by Panjim Table Tennis Club in the memory of former State Table Tennis player, Late Jyoti Panvelcar, was presented to the talented youngster by Sanjeev Dalvi, Director of Health Services during the recently concluded GCCI Cup Table Tennis Tournament, at TT Hall, Athletics stadium, Bambolim. Kewal, who resides in Caranzalem, Panaji, has been consistently representing Goa in Table Tennis Nationals since 2013.
