Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar was cremated on Monday with state honours. More than a thousand people from different parts of Goa made their way to Kala Academy where Parrikar’s mortal remains were kept for the public to pay their last respects.

Later, CM Parrikar was cremated at Miramar with state honours and in the presence of thousands of his supporters and well-wishers.
