TNV: When and how did you begin modelling? Were you studying or working before then?
AN: People in my social circle used to point out about my personality and groomers from the fashion industry in Goa adviced me to try this field out alteast as a hobby and yes I was working before getting into this field.
TNV: Why modelling when you could have settled in for a more stable permanent career?
AN: I have a permanent career that is serving my country with love. Modeling is a passion and I am capable to manage both fields.
TNV: Tell us about your first assignment, if any, how did it happen? What was the experience like?
AN: My first assignment was Mr and Miss super model INDIA.. It was the insistence on friends that I took part in it..As a professional coming from a different field I learnt to socialise in this industry learnt how different it is I loved the glamour the social life, I enjoyed shoots and learnt from the groomers my strength and weaknesses and I made a lot of good friends. It was a memorable trip to Hyderabad where the Mr and Miss super model event took place.
TNV: What do you feel makes you a good model? your face ? Your body? Your attitude? As opposed to others?
AN: Personally I feel I have a good outstanding smart personality with an equality intelligent and vibrant attitude not to be boring so I feel I am a good power house of all these qualities..
TNV: Why Rubaru Mr India when there are so many local paegents happen?
AN: I must say that RUBARU MR INDIA is my `DREAM’. There are no word that compare the Rubaru Mr india to any other pageant.. In india it is the best pageant for guys who wants to build themselves and be known in the glamour industry..
TNV: Did Mr India happen to you along the way or were you preparing to take part in the pageant?
AN: Rubaru Mr India was a part of the Mr Goa that I participated in and yes after winning the title am putting my time my hardwork solely in this pageant.
TNV: Tell us about how you train for it. What is the regimen like? What are the challenges involved?
AN: My routine involves my professional duties that start my day and my personal work that involves preparation for the pageant. My goal and focus is clear and important to me so I am managing my time and energy towards both.
TNV: What makes you feel you should be the chosen one? What’s different about you as a contestant?
AN: I am a fighter i am a soldier a hardworking and an energy power house which i am trained for on the field in my profession which none of my counterparts have experienced. I can withstand any personal and professional pressure cause i am trained for that. But i will complete my mission with my 100% physical and mental ability.
TNV: How will winning the Mr India pageant will go to affect your life?
AN: My lifestyle will defenetly change but personally i will not change i will be the same to my people and my hardwork will still go on for the levels and goals that i want to achieve.
TNV: What are your views about Save Girl Child campaign?
AN: Our society should be educated that a baby is a gift from GOD may it be a girl or a boy. Medical professionals teachers and parents have a large role instilling values and respect for the girl child. As for me with the support and fame of a tittle like RUBARU Mr India I can reach out to many people for Save Girl Child campaign.
