TNV: Tell us something about yourself.
SP: I am Shweta Patel. I am 19 years old. Currently studying Garment Technology 2nd year at polytechnic Panjim. My hobbies are dancing, painting and playing football. I love being captured and my interest for modelling is developing and growing each day.
TNV: What inclined you towards modelling ? Are you looking forward to it as a full-time profession?
SP: To be honest nothing in specific inclined me towards modelling but different things developed interest in me for modelling and gave me confidence. I am discovering new fields but definitely for full time profession.
TNV: What was your reaction when you came to know that you were selected for Stellar Mr & Ms Goa 2020?
SP: I was really very excited and thought I have to give my best and make the best out of it.
TNV: Have you participated in pageants before this?
SP: No I haven’t participated in any pageant before.
TNV: How important winning this pageant is for you?
SP: Winning this pageant is important to me as it will be a great start for me as I’m really looking forward to this.
TNV: Are you feeling any pressure?
SP: Not exactly pressure but for the first time it’s a mixed feeling.
TNV: Any quote or saying that has profound impact on you?
SP: It’s a song written by Rabindranath Tagore ‘Ekla Cholo Re’. Which says if no one responds to you, still do not stop; go your own way alone just believe in yourself.
TNV: Any message for your friends and well-wishers?
SP: I would like to say thank you to my friends and well-wishers and I hope they keep supporting me .
