Gunwanti Paraste (Pune):  After being denied sex by his wife, a 28-year-old man allegedly raped his 7-year-old daughter at his residence in the Havali, Pune. It was reported by the girl’s mother who rushed to police after she saw the crime, The man was still not arrested, after this incident the man was run away.

As per the police accused raped her daughter when she was sleeping, all this while, the girl’s mother was not at home. According to police, accused was addicted to alcohol. He kept asking for money to buy alcohol from his wife. Victim women refused to his alcoholic husband demand and she left the home. When she returned at home her daughter is a complaint about his father. Mother took the daughter to a hospital for treatment. Girl’s mother approached them with the complaint against her husband.

A police said that the girl lives with her parents. The crime came to their notice on Wednesday evening after the girl’s mother approached them with the complaint against her husband. In her complaint, the police officer said, she had a fight with her husband over his drinking habit. He also asked for sex with his wife, which she denied.

The women claimed that her husband often returned home drunk and fought with her over minor issues. Fed up of his behaviour and drinking habit, she left home. The police recorded her complaint and registered case against father under the protection of children from sexual offences act.
