The coalition government will come out with its common minimum program by next week, said CM Manohar Parrikar.

After the opposition’s criticism over the issue of government’s common minimum program, Parrikar while speaking to the media persons after the swearing in ceremony of former Valpoi MLA Vishwajeet Rane and Dabolim MLA Mauvin Godinho, said, the common minimum program would be drafted in a meeting with alliance partners, which include MGP, GFP and three independent legislators, probably by April 18.

Meanwhile, the ban on recruitment in different government departments and grant-aided institutions imposed by the previous government will be lifted by the end of this month, assured Parrikar.

Directions have already been given to lift the recruitment ban on educational institutions for teachers, doctors, nurses, laboratory technicians as well as for teachers in grant-in-aid institutions and other authorized staff, informed Parrikar.
