Gunwanti Paraste (Pune): A 12-year-old girl was killed and seven were injured in a road accident yesterday when the rickshaw they were travelling dashed against the wall.

The accident happened in the afternoon at when the family was travelling in auto-richshaw to get admission for their daughter.

This incident took place at kondwa khurd in Vetal chowk.

Sania Taufik Attar (Age 12) died succumbed to her injuries while rickshaw driver SherKhan Zameer Khan Pathan (45), his wife Tarannu SherKhan Pathan (40), daughter Alisa SherKhan Pathan (14), Sawaliya Sher Khan Pathan (age 13), son Taufiq Sher Khan Pathan (10), Tausim Tawfiq Attar (40) ), Shayib Tawfiq Attar (5 all resident of Shivneri Nagar Gali, No. 12) are admitted in the hospital.

At around 12.30 pm, rickshaw driver sherkhan Pathan had gone to the Army School for the admission of his daughter Sania, along with his wife, sister-in-law, and children.

When they reached near kondhwa Gavathan, a driver lost his control and rickshaw dashed on the school wall.

Meanwhile Veetal Mitra Mandal activist and former Corporate Bharat Choudhary help to injured person to rush to the hospital.
