PANAJI (GOA): CII Goa organised a two-day programme on ‘Effective and Inspiring Leadership’, ‘Team Building & Project Management’ on June 22-23, at Taj Vivanta, Panaji.

The programme was conducted for supervisors leading teams, line managers, HR managers and functional heads. The programme was conducted with a vision to train the participants in leadership skills.

The program also touched upon the critical aspects of project management in an aligned manner to effectively manage several assignments of projects inside the company for trouble-shooting as a focus.
