Panaji (GOA): The Congress MLAs from Goa and Maharashtra would be meeting the UPA led opposition’s Presidential candidate Meira Kumari on June 30 in Mumbai.

Leader of Opposition Chandrakant Kavalekar said that all the 16 MLAs from Goa along with the congress legislators of Maharashtra would be meeting Meira Kumari on June 30 in Mumabi.

“Meira Kumari is meeting Congress MLAs from across all State. We are meeting her on June 30 along with MLAs from Maharashtra,” he said.

The President elections are scheduled on July 17. The Narendra Modi led NDA government has fielded Ram Nath Kovind.
