Porvorim (Goa) The assembly session began at a noisy note. The opposition congress party moved adjournment motion demanding withdrawal of a circular.
The circular had banned government officers from visiting houses of the MLAs.
As Speaker Pramod Sawant refused to allow the adjournment motion, the opposition benches continued creating ruckus. The session was adjourned for 15 minutes.
