Porvorim (Goa) As the opposition benches continued creating ruckus on the floor of the House, the session was adjourned till 2.30 p.m. The speaker disallowed the adjournment motion which was moved by Congress. Sawant said:I quote ruling of earlier speaker. Adjournment motion cannot be taken during the discussion on Budget or discussion on Governor’s speech.
“I had asked you to allow the Question hour so that we can discuss the matter, but you did not listen,” said the Speaker.
