A Touch of Herb to Your Spirit: Cidade de Goa brings the Herb Cocktail Festival to you

We all love adding that extra hint of flavour to our food with natural herbs that also bring along with it the promise of good health. Cidade de Goa is taking these luscious herbs you love and adding them to a range of different cocktails and mocktails.

From July 15-30, 2017, Taverna – Lobby Bar is serving a variety of delightful and colourful beverages, created specially by in-house mixologists to reflect Goa’s season of freshness, rain and greenery.
The cocktails include an array of seasonal fruit, with delicious touches of fresh herbs, boosted with premium alcoholic spirits. The Rosemary Lemontini is a popular choice while the Pineapple Basil Sling is ideal for those who like their cocktails sweet. Guests can spice things up by opting instead for the invincible jalapeno, a fiery mix of vodka, jalapenos, parsley, lime and sugar. Other herbs that feature in the range of cocktails include lemongrass and mint.
The fragrant thyme finds its way to the mocktail section in the Thyme T(ea)ni – perfect for those who love tea and this refreshing herb. The Cucumber Basil Smash, on the other hand, brings a burst of stimulating flavours along with a welcome pop of lemonade.
