CALANGUTE (GOA): Rakesh Rai, a native of Darjeeling, West Bengal, was stabbed last night by one Santosh Kamalsingh Chattar, a native of Nagpur.

Rakesh was rushed to GMC, where he succumbed to the stab wounds.

According to the information from the sources, Rakesh was stabbed by Santosh as a result of a fight which erupted at Baga beach on the night of July 20, Thursday, at 10.30 pm.

Meanwhile, the police have arrested Santosh Kamalsingh Chattar and further investigation is being conducted.
