Porvorim (Goa) I have joined goa forward is for simple reason. During the last assembly tenure, I have seen how Vijai was single handedly fighting the fort of the opposition. Through same fight he is realizing the dreams of Goans. If you see the common minimum programme, the points that GFP has pointed out , it shows the reversal of the decision of former government which were anti-Goan. That itself is clear that Vijai is here to protect the interest of Goenkarponn.

I had not even joined Congress. I had seen that the congress is not very serious. Whether congress wants to win Panaji seat or not, I have nothing to do. There is no enthusiasm amongst congress MlAs. There are several frustrated congress mlas within the congress party. They are frustrated because leadership is not taking a call on their grievances.

There are two leaders here who are running the congress party as proprietorship. So the decision depends on what these two people conveys to the high command. The ground reality here, high command is not aware. I feel as far as even Digambar Kamat is concerned, he does not have a say. Even digambar kamat is not allowed to be seated in the front row.

My wife is a member of congress legislative party. I don’t want to say anything about them. I can say that the congress is frustrated because high command is not taking call.

We are not here to make any MLAs to resign. I will be taking rest for five years. But if anyone resigns, then it is for party president Vijai Sardesai to decide. If any MLA from Congress resigns, we will contesting the seat.
