GOA: INDIAN NAVY FIRES GUN SALUTES

VASCO (GOA): On the occasion of the swearing-in ceremony of president-elect Ram Nath Kovind as the 14th President of India and Supreme Commander of Indian Armed Forces, the Indian Navy carried out the traditional gun salutes at 12:15 PM on July 25.
21 Guns salutes were fired from Naval Coastal Battery at Sada Hill, Vasco, to bid adieu to the outgoing President Pranab Mukherjee followed by 21 Guns salutes to the President-elect Ram Nath kovind.
