Panaji (Goa) Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has congratulated his Bihar counterpart Nitish Kumar for being sworn in as the head of the State.

“Congratulations to Nitishkumarji and SushilModiji on taking oath as CM and deputy CM,” Parrikar tweeted today hours after the swearing in at Bihar.

“Under NDA government, Bihar will be back on development path,” he said.
