MAPUSA (GOA): The North Goa chief of Shiv Sena, Kishorr Rao, has submitted a memorandum to the Superintendent of Police (Traffic) Vishram Borkar, to bring to his notice the gross traffic violations in Mapusa city as well as the state.
The memorandum raised issues regarding traffic violators as well as certain shortcomings of the traffic police department. The memorandum demands that police personnel needs to be deployed throughout the day 24×7 to book traffic violators.
The memorandum also suggests that a committee of like-minded people should be formed which will assist in smooth functioning of the traffic.
