Panaji (Goa) Congress candidate in Panaji, Girish Chodankar has full faith in getting elected defeating chief minister Manohar Parrikar. Chodankar said the electorate of Panaji are ready for a change. This is what he said:
The response of the voters is tremendous. Our voters are coming in a large number. Panaji is ready for a change. We cannot talk of any margin as you cannot take voters for granted. But I am sure the margin would be in our favour. I am not the one who would calculate margin before voting. Taking voters for granted is their insult.
