Pune – Times and Trends Academy (TTA) conducted ‘Change the way you think’ workshop at TTA Fame Hall, Deccan – Pune. It was conducted by Sushila Bahl. She conducted various activities for TTA students that helped them to understand the importance of thinking differently and thinking logically. She also gave various examples of people who have made it excellent in their fields like Michael Phelps, Ratan Tata, etc. by showcasing exceptional dedication.

Sushila taught students a brilliant theory called ‘Theory of Marginal Gains.’ The theory talked about making small yet significant changes in lives to achieve the larger objective. Sushila Bahl is a Nationally Renowned Trainer, Facilitator, Counsellor, and Motivational Speaker & Coach with 20+ years of experience. She is the founder and director of Skilhance Training and Management Consulting and has made a mark on the professional development of employees at various levels of management in well-known companies, institutes and organizations including Mercedes-Benz, Mahindra &Mahindra, Tata Motors, FIAT, Godrej & Boyce, Barclays, Siemens, Zydus Cadilla and National Defence Academy.
