PANAJI (GOA): On the occasion of Goa Revolution Day, the Goa ForGiving group along with Vishal Rawlley, Sudeep Dalvi and other community workers organised a water festival with boats at Rua de Ourem Creek.

‘The Red Boat’ by Vishal Rawlley which has created waves, was also present along with other boats. The Red Boat has been very important in cleaning garbage from the Campal creek. Kids along the creek settlements in Camrabhat have played an instrumental role in the clean-up of that area, which was led by Vishal with his boat.

The main objective of this initiative was to create awareness among the people to save the waters of Goa.

Various restaurants in Fontainahs and Sao Tome also participated in this event by presenting a specialty dish at their respective restaurant.

The Goemkarponn music video was also released at Rua de Ourem at the hands of music director Ronnie Monserrate and the singers.
